Excellent Buying Experience! Davius Blackshire, the internet sales manager, did an outstanding job of making this transaction an awesome experience. Without his professional assistance this deal would never have happened. He even used FaceTime to show me the vehicle, since it was a long distance purchase with the vehicle ultimately being delivered to me. Crest Volvo even handled the delivery. Very pleased with the overall buying process!

Great!! Davias Was knowledgeable and very helpful in answering all of my questions. He had a great attitude and was a delight to work with. I didn’t have to spend a long time dealing with Munding things like getting the car paid for. Everything was handled very efficiently.

Good sales but disappointing service The sales experience was fine. However, the service after the sale was disappointing. I had to contact them after the sale to get my car serviced & had to take it back 3 times for them to get it right.
You have one employee who made me happy. Len Ford was friendly and efficient. Because of HIM (only) I'm not saying that the dealership sucks. Except for Len Ford I have nothing good to say.
Great service! Had a great experience purchasing a new XC60! Everyone at Crest Volvo was so helpful! Best experience so far with purchasing a car! When walking into the dealership, Yahya greeted us with a friendly face. He was not pushy, just considerate and helpful. We test drove the car and pretty quickly knew we wanted it. There was no haggling back and forth for a decent price, we were given a decent price! Very thankful for the great, time efficient experience!
