Friendly, professional, informative & caring. I am pleased with the quality of care & concern given to me by my hygienist, Stacy, and my dentist, Dr. Ubadi. The one suggestion I made while I was there today, was to the receptionist. Perhaps that's not her title, because she does more than answer the phone...anyway, when she phoned me and left a message about my upcoming appointment, I could hardly hear or understand her. I have never had a problem with Crimson Maple whether it was seeing the Dentist or getting my teeth cleaned. That's why I have been coming back to them for over 34 years
Earlier in the day of my most recent appointment, I received some terribly sad news about the passing of a very dear friend. It came up in conversation with Stacy as we prepared for my cleaning and she was very sincere in expressing her condolences, and I felt that was very kind. Then, a few days later when I received a sympathy card at home regarding the loss of my friend, I truly realized just how special the staff at Crimson Maple is. Thank you!
Great experience
I love Marge, my longtime dental hygienist. I don't know what else to say but you better keep her around for as long as possible. I also appreciate Dr. Ubaydi explaining why he didn't think the TMJ bite guard I had asked about what a good idea and also understanding my reluctance to get another full bite guard that I would likely not use.
Don't think I would go back .
I just had a impression and now a piece of tooth came off and you can see a large cavity which should have been detected. Last time I had to have a impression done twice for a crown because of a screw up. Not happy at all. Also had a bridge made a year ago or so and was told that the screw in ones would be $3000 a peace or $6000 but the a bridge would be much cheaper. It cost $5800+ for the bridge and I had to have four good teeth ground down for the bridge.Time to find a new dentist.
This was the quickest visit I had to Crimson, I was only there for about 25 minutes and a tooth cavity repaired. I like that.
