I WHEN BAD CUSTOMERS THE DOCTOR TOOK TO LONG TO COME PLUS EXPERIENCE…..,
CCVC is not child friendly. The front staff is not up to par with the reception staff at regular (human) doctor clinics/offices (i.e. friendliness, helpfulness, and willingness to provide a + experience) particularly Brooke. This clinic makes no exceptions for any extraordinary situation like the one I was in yesterday, 7/11. Since March 2013, I was a patron of CCVC. Over the years, I took 9 pets (3 of which were “re-homed”) and an injured momma possum that caused a traffic jam on E. Del Mar boulevard. My earliest memories... read more

they killed my cat. a perfectly healthy cat. they killed her. the stupid bitch in the profile picture trying scaring the shit out me.
I called an hour before they closed to see if I could bring my pup in because she has an ear infection and they said if I came in they’d charge me $350 JUST to look at her. So I asked about walk-ins. They said to walk in tomorrow. They said they start at 9. Showed up at 10:30, they said come back at 1:30, they start seeing walk-ins at 2. I arrived at 1:45 and they said they couldn’t see my pup. They were full and only had one doctor. I get that but at what point were they just going to tell me today just wasn’t gonna happen?... read more
I made an appointment a week before, showed up on time, & still got no service. I waited for 2 hours, asked how much more I had to wait & they told me there was still 3 more apts before me. 🙄 Never again!
The doc was very nice and very good with my baby. But after she told me that i wasnt feeding her right and to change the diet. My baby got ssick and passed away! It was so sad! And it made it worse that critter care wouldnt answer the phone when i called the emergency number to help me with my baby in her last moments! either laredo needs an emergency room for animals or a better vet! So disappointed!
