RecommendedI went in today for Scaling had a new girl Kelly she has only been at Cromwell Dental a few months, however she was amazing! I’ve been going to Cromwell Dental since I was a young child, Kelly was amazing she talked me through it, she numbed me up so good. I felt no pain at all.

I never write reviews but I am compelled to this time. I have been going to Cromwell Dental for over 5 years. Over the course of 5 years I have missed 3 appointments. One was my fault because i simply forgot. That was about a year and a half ago. The next appointment was missed because I received a text message from the office asking if I can make the appointment and I texted back no. Apparently, they did not receive it. Once they called to ask if I'd like to reschedule, I informed them that I had texted "no" to the app... read more
Very poor customer service. They overcharge and schedule appointments without consideration of the patients. I don't recommend for that reason. Also, if you don't agree with what they saying they will drop you for no reason. Not cool.
