Mae in the front office will hang up on you if you ask them about when you’re going to get the A/C and washer and dryer fixed after months of waiting. Been put on multiple “list” to get it fixed. Someone will come and “look” then never come back.
My name Edwin Pierrecharles, fairly new to this place. I've lived here at the Crossing at Silver Oak since 9/1/23 and it has been a perpetual NIGHTMARE!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Where should I start! When I first moved in, the apartment was full of ROACHES. Since then, they've sent pest control twice and it did not stop the ROACHES. Don't even think about putting a maintenance request because it takes them weeks to fix one issue, and that's if they even send someone to come look at it.
