I took "Respect 101: Anger Management for Men". It covered this troublesome character issue and addressed it from all angles - Scientific, Psychological ,Spiritual and Biological. I was given tools and resources - books to refer to, research, TED talks, and Scripture I will be able to . Our cohort was supportive and interactive.
