The humanity and lack of judgement has made me very excited to take this Journey! Addiction is today’s Scarlett A and I am ready to lose my A! And, having the medication guided withdrawal makes a huge difference! After a year of screwing up I feel like I can get my 5 years clean back! Most importantly, I got the help that I needed on the same day that I reached out to Crossroads. The FNP that I spoke with was professional and compassionate. The only problem that I had was getting logged in to the zoom meetings. I was given the incorrect meeting code several times. At one point, I called for assistance and was told that Crossroads no longer offers mental health services in Virginia, even though I had already met with a provider earlier in the day.
