I’ve been a patient at crossroads for about 3 years now and I’ve always had the most pleasant experiences dealing with staff. Everybody is professional and friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand.

Have had a nice experience. My only complaint is that a while back I went through 7 counselors in like 6 months. My Kelli my counselor now has went out of her way to help me and be there for me. Am so lucky to have her as my counselor.

For the most part I believe y’all do a great job at taking care and helping the people that come in for treatment. As for myself, my experience has been exceptional for the most part. I follow the rules and protocol for the treatment center and my councilor, Kandace, is amazing. The only issue I have ever had was with a missing bottle. I had went out of town so I was allowed to get an extra take home for my trip ,because, like I said I follow the rules. I’ve been going to Crossroads close to 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else! My main reason is the people and I mean the staff! I began there with one counselor and when she left to pursue another job, I was really upset! My counselor WAS THE BEST and I had gotten to the point of opening up and would share EVERYTHING!! But I tell you, I found out that ALL COUNSELORS MUST BE GREAT because I like my counselor now just as much ! I can’t say enough how important that is to me and my continuing success!!
