The front staff and counselors are absolutely amazing. Front desk lady that take she money and jelly especially. All the nurses are super awesome . Love Donna!! I honestly wouldn't be able to handle this place if it wasn't for those people I just meantioned. They keep it going not the upper staff that are suppose to. The time you have to wait almost Everytime you come is ungodly. Its crazy. my husband and I have been going to crossroads in asheville for years and we were going to transfer cause it had gotten so bad but since the new director started there a couple of years ago things have been so much better - she is the reason we stayed and we are glad we did cause things are great now. everyone really cares about us. we use to feel like we were just numbers but we havent felt like that in a couple of years now. HANDS DOWN crossroads in asheville is the best clinic around now.

My experience was ok, except it took almost 6 hours to complete my intake…. Other than that it was good .
Wait times are getting better, I feel like the staffing shortage has been addressed. Do all in all it makes for a good experience
You trade one drug for another , I recommend trying something different before chaining yourself to another habit that requires all of your time and energy and gives life to yet a different form of anxiety that consumes all of your being. In short if you can find a better way to get over opiate addiction, I would!
