It’s good everytime I go in to pick up at my clinic in Ashland ky. I love my counselor but I also love the dosing nurses they make sure to check in with you every time you’re there & that makes me feel like a human instead of just a number some clinics treat you as you’re nothing but a number and a paycheck to them, but not crossroads!

I love going to The clinic seeing everybody that works there they truly are supportive and listen to what you are going through they really want the best for you. If it wasn’t for this clinic and the workers being there for me I probably wouldn’t be alive. Especially my counselor Dara she goes above and beyond for me!

Everyone was very kind but the 5 hrs it took to inroll was a little much I think I will like it a lot more here then the previous clinic I was attending !
I actually love everyone working there now but the lab they use has some major problems and if they don’t figure something out there are going to be about 12 people leaving!!!

Very professional, delightful, and prompt employees at facility. I was a guest there and encountered no problems and a smooth visit. Not all facilities I’ve been a guest at are at as high of a standard as Crossroads was. I appreciate their professionalism and consistency. I would recommend highly to anyone thinking of attending facility, permanently or as a guest.
