I think over all y'all are doing well, I liked how I was able to get my apptment switched to a tele-visit seeing how I was just in a house fire in which lost everything, and i have no means of transportation at the moment I think everybody was understanding of my situation and worked with me on what was more convenient so for that I'm thankful!

Everybody is very helpful and amazing. Very friendly and family oriented. I had my daughter with me at my appointment and they gave her snacks and coloring sheets, and kept my 3 year old occupied. The nurses are absolutely amazing!! Love them

Well it took 3 hours on zoom I wasn't very happy because I missed another appointment

It's always been really helpful and quick although this last appt was set for 905 am and didnt get to see the dr over zoom till almost 12 noon. I had to constantly call to find out why instead of them calling and letting me know it would be running extremely late.
