I'm usually very happy with the Dr. and staff. But on my last appointment 9/28 I waited for over an hour, sitting directly infront of the receptionists and they continued to take (point) patients to the DRs office. I finally asked for the second time when I would be seen and finally i went in. Normally, i tryin stay positive, but for whatever reason the service is lacking.

Took me in fast able to help me with my needs! Helped be a better person and parent ....My Experience through Crossroads Treatment Center they are there to support you and ur needs in treatment!

My doctor is super friendly and supportive. As for the workers who answer the phone at the main office sometimes not very nice. Also the females in the office can be a bit rude too. But overall my doctors are always super awsome and supportive of me.

My experience was great but the only thing I didn't care for was the wait don't understand why I have to wait over a half hour..
