Well i walked first timer ar that speciafic facility not knowing ehst to exspect,n instintly was welcomed by a doctors secritary that was more than sweat. She helped me in every which way, n made me feel super welcome n confortable. Then saw the nurse practitioner n she was more sweat than the sec. She asked me questions n got me exactly what i needed.

If I could give a ZERO I WOULD!!! Horrible, Lousy patient care!!!!! 2 weeks without medication because you people kept hanging up on me oz zoom, then when an person actually talked they said my prescription was sent to the Pharmacy!!! WELL GUESS WHAT??? ITS BEEN OVER 24 HOURS AND NO PRESCIPTION YET!! Another weekend with no medication!! THEN THE PHYSICAL PLACE IS NEVER EVEN OPEN. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE LOUSY SHITTY PATIENT CARE!! Accuser me to have a hot urine with benzos and oxys and I don't do anything I'm almost 1 year clean February 12 and not on parole or live in recovery houses. I choose to stay sober and came along way to be accused of someone else's mistake. So I only got 2 weeks script instead of a month. The original provider I see wasn't there it was someone else on a tablet very rude guy he was. I was treated horrible and feel completely embarrassed the doctor had the receptionist read my results over a zoom call with the door open for everyone to hear while they both were laughing asking me why I took the drug

Not so good, i waited almost a hour until they opened up the appt. Then the audio wasnt working. Oh well, im glad i didn't have to go to the appt. One appt the meds were not sent in. So i called the number and it was corrected but only for one week. Now all my appts have not been 28 days. Sorry to complain, but you asked.
