I needed to drive into the office for my random drug testing and I only spoke to the woman at the front desk and she was awesome! Very happy with her.

I forgot all my Zubsolv at my brothers who lives hours away! I tried to make it until my appointment time Saturday but the withdrawal just got too severe. I was able to Zoom with a doctor on a Saturday and get tabs until my next appointment! I was extremely impressed.

The doctor did not send in my prescription after seeing her yesterday. This is the 4th time in 9 months of being a patient there! Twice the prescription was never sent in after I traveled to the office and saw the dr on the computer screen and reviewed my meds and then she just never sent it to the pharmacy. One other time the wrong prescription was sent in and the fourth one the prescription was double what I was supposed to take. Which is dangerous. I feel like the doctors should confirm your next appt after your appointment because now they set a random day and time and I cannot make it in office intil 4pm which is they have known now keep scheduling me for 1125 every time now
