The staff is so friendly & I don’t just mean some of the staff, I mean ALL of them. They go above and beyond to make sure everyone is comfortable. I have been to a few clinics like this and by far the crossroads in Hartsville is the best!!

The only good thing i can say about this place is that Tanya is awesome she is so sweet and compassionate for people and it sucks that she only works the front desk cuz I would love for her to be my counselor. Now as it comes to my counselor Kadeshia all she is worried about is being on her phone or listening to music and not really listening to what I tell her because now I had two problems with my bottle recalls with her now. Nothing is private. They claim everything is confidential but it’s not true! Very few staff is friendly & polite!but on a positive note dr Merlin is the best dr. In the world!! And trust me I’ve had quit a few in my time!!

I have suffered from insomnia since around age 11 or 12. I take over the counter diphenhydramine which allows me to get an hour or so sleep. The problem is my drug test sometimes comes back showing I have Fentanyl in my system. So I have to go back to the clinic and pay $20 for a confirmation. That is very annoying but my biggest problem is when it comes back saying I’m clean I don’t get the $20 back in cash back, they put it on my account.
