The clinic is much improved from the time I started. Appointments are flowing more quickly with less time waiting in the waiting room for the dr. My dr is pleasant & helpful. Im happy with Crossroads

Wish I could remember the one nurse that's always there, she is always so nice and friendly. But the fact I have to drive there every 2 weeks and wait awhile is unreal.

3 stars . experience is okay not the best but not the worst. It would be great if they had a pharmacy in house the fact that they do not causes major issues and takes a huge part away from the overall experience . Staff is somewhat pleasant. Need to do better with scheduling. Office needs to be updated its 2021.
