All of the staff is very friendly,helpful, understanding and empathetic to every client I've seen them interact with including myself! They go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and safe. I have never felt judged for having addiction problems they are always willing to help! I would definitely recommend them to anyone suffering from addiction!
Staff was very caring and empathetic. I never once felt judged or looked down on and this is hard to find for some people in my circumstance and I feel that’s why a lot of people avoid accepting help. I recommend this place 100%. Thank you crossroads!!

The director was arrested for sexual misconduct against a female student in Ga.and he currently is in a position to assault women who are vulnerable in rehab in crossroads receiving help. I know of personally three females he propositions for sex and saw proof through text messages on females phones. So why do women in recovery mean less putting the shark in a tank of prey shame on crossroads for not removing him
Things continue to deteriorate in LaGrange. The new director is arrogant, condescending, and just an ass! I’m a Registered Nurse who just simply got caught up in an addiction following a legit surgery as a lot of people do! I am sick of being made to feel like less than a human being by the front desk as well as a couple of the nursing staff!!
