Nurse Practitioner Stephanie, the worst Nurse i've ever met. been coming to crossroads for a long time now and will be looking into new treatment options somewhere else. for her to say i'll always be an untrustworthy addict whose trading one street drug for one controlled drug is out of line. showed no compassion or anything. she is really just the worse kind of person to have in this field. looking fr new doctor now. and will continue to put crossroads down until shes gone
The receptionist (Adrianne, was all the name she would give me) was terribly rude and decided to make my appointment extremely uncomfortable. I am out of town for work and needed to see the doctor so I made an appointment near the hotel. Let’s just say I was drug tested 3 times. 2 swabs and then the care coordinator (Leslie) barged into the doctors office and demanded a instant urine screen. All were good to go. I would hate to be treated the way I was (4yrs of using crossroads/ARS) if I were a first time patient.

SO I CALL CROSS ROADS WERE THEY SAY THERE SETTING ME UP WIT A DR APPT WITH DR JOHN (who by the way dr John doesn’t exist... read more
I've had three experiences when I waited on the zoom call for like 45 minutes the doctors never came on so I missed my appointment and had to reschedule and just buy Suboxone off the streets so I wouldn't be in severe pain till my next to doctor's appointment
The television appointments are so much easier because I'm disabled and not allowed to drive
I was never at that office appointment I had to reschedule a doctor's appointment in the Monroeville office on Tuesday the 28th at 9:15 a.m. I hope to God this doesn't interfere with that appointment I also had a problem with a week and a half and talked for year to send a fax to my doctor to get my ID and my medical card sent back to your medical files so thank you for your curiosity and have a great day. I'll be at my appointment on Tuesday the 28th at 9:15 a.m. should I have to call on Monday so that I know that I have an... read more
