I absolutely love the staff and my doctor..I've been at other programs and the staff was not helpful and very unpleasant..my doctor takes the time and talk with you.. I love your program and so very pleased with staff and doctor..I've been an addict for a very long time and the doctor understands me.. I really like the Telehealth and Televisits. Especially with all this Covid-19 stuff going on. The doctors and assistants are very polite and helpful. They answer all my questions. I would recommend Crossroads to anyone that needs help with opiate addiction. Thank you very much.

I went to crossroads of Reading and was denied to be seen because I was set up for a 12:20 appointment! I hope your administration knows that the prescription doctor has made her own leaving time if 12:30pm . I was dumbfounded that as hard as I have fought to change my life around I would be denied to be seen because, the doctor will not have enough time to process you. I had a tele-doc appointment scheduled for 9am. I live right around the corner from the Feasterville office and decided to go there because there has been confusion in the past as to whether it was an in person appointment or not. I arrived at 8:50am and nobody was there. I waited until 9:45am and called the customer service line to make them aware that nobody has shown up to the office and nobody had started the tele-doc visit. They told me to just wait longer because it could take a while for other appointments to end.... read more
