I just had a total hip replacement surgery. I am being punished for failing a drug screen. I have done nothing nor taken anything that wasn't on my doctors lust of medications and have given clean drug screens since I have been at this establishment. I feel very wronged and if you want to know what a TRIGGER is....its being punished unfairly for something you haven't done!!!!! I am taking this to State if this situation is not cleared up this week.

Love Gabby she's very helpful and a great listener. I don't like the long wait to get dosed seems like there is something going on daily and really no consideration for people that work. Needs better organization. Cristy at front desk is awesome very friendly.

Such a slow process filling out new patient forms but after the initial visit everything goes swiftly and fast. Under 10 mins per visit. Would recommend to anyone seeking any type of assistance.
