When I first started coming here, I had to bring my kids a time or two since they were so young. It’s been years. But Thursday, I had my nephew with me because he spent the night with my kids and I was taking him home. Everybody is always so nice, never a bad experience. But my nephew is so shy. The lady that meets and greets the public is so unprofessional and rude. I have never met a public official with such a negative attitude. We only have 10 acres and it is clear land. Our bill usually runs no more than $30.00 to $35.00 per month. For a three or four month period our bill was $175.00 to $180.00. We were told there was a leak. We found no leak. Listen, y’all are the bomb. The staff doesn’t feel like just staff, they feel like family. Maybe close friends. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable, they go way beyond. My counselor is Jan, and she is the kindest person I’ve ever met. Y’all saved my life and I can’t thank you enough.
