Did not have to spend a lot of time in the waiting room. I was interviewed by Nina after my visit with Dr Hodge, this shows me that Cross Roads is dedicated to the needs of there Clients. I was a Quality Manager for 30 years and I have audited many Quality Systems I am comfortable with Dr Hodge and your staff in McKeesport. You and the whole staff in McKeesport are so nice. Dr. Hodge are wonderful. They are all wonderful and knowledgeable of their positions.
Dr. Hodge is the best. And the girls at the office are fantastic. They put you at ease. They make you feel good about yourself even though you put yourself in this position. I can’t say anything but good about all the staff. They keep me form really being depressed.. once again. Thank you.
