The staff are all really friendly, caring, helpful and resourceful. I am really happy that I switched to this Doctor's office and it definitely helps that they accept insurance for the office visit rather than have to pay $160/month. I would highly recommend this facility!!Â

Everyone was really nice. I didnât have a long wait either. Actually the only wait time I had was my paper work and that was due to my clinics fault for not sending it in!! I was very satisfied and I thank everyone that was there! Great place and fast, expecially if your on vacation and you donât want to have to wait hours , but here your in and out and friendly people thank you again! I give them a 10Â

Since the last complaint I made things have been fixed I believe the place manager is Theresa ! Give that lady a raise she fixed a lot and is still working on it.Â
My counselor Kimberly goes above and beyond on every aspect of my treatment!!!! I have been coming here for almost 8 years and I have had all wonderful counselors but Kimberly stands out because she is amazing at what she does she cares so much for everyone!!!Â

Everyone is so helpful and seems to care about me & my well-being! I have been in the Methadone Maintenance Treatment Plan for some time now & I have had some terrible experienceâs, but I have had the complete opposite experience here at Crossroads!!
