I've been going here for a few years now. They've had a lot of change over since I started coming but there starting to work themselves out, that take insurance just like other Dr office and some insurance that don't take. Some of the employees seem like there always in a bad mood or maybe it's just where they've been dealing with rude, inpatient individuals but for the most part everyone in very nice and caring. Dr. Lengel is absolutely perfect. She treats me like a person not an addict. She remembers from month to month what is going on in my life. She is very caring and empathetic. I haven’t really had any bad experiences with any of the other Dr’s but i definitely prefer Dr. Lengel. She’s a beautiful person inside and out.

I think the people in the office are great and very nice and professional however because the doctors aren’t in the system we can’t get our insurance to pay for our meds !! That’s hurts a lot of us

The service in the Grove City PA office had come a long way and has been much better. Now that the office is open weekly this helps spread out patient appointments and there is no delay. Crossroads takes feedback seriously and this shows how they strive to provide great service in every way. I dont have any negative feedback at this time.

My appointment was 8:30-9:00. I did not see the doctor until well after 1030! I expect to be in and out of the center within an hour. There were two many people waiting for labs then waiting for doctor.
