This place is great. It’s been been 5 days now and everything is starting to fall in place. Staff gos above and beyond to make you feel like someone there trying to help. Most places an addict is looked down upon but I don’t feel that with crossroads. Only complaint is that it was my understanding that my insurance was going to cover the cost but after 4 days I tried to check in through the app and I was denied unless I paid $62. My experience was not bad. It did take about six hours to do my intake but from what I have read and heard, that seems to be about the normal time. And it really didn’t seem to take that long. The staff seemed to have everything in order and were so helpful so the time just seemed to fly by and before I knew it I was thru. We did have a problem setting up the engage app on my phone but come to find out it was just that my birthdate didn’t match.
