Staff is great at crossroads. I like it because no one judges you they're only there to help on your road to recovery. Bird is always available to talk with you when needed. She deserves five stars alone.

Always nice and helpful.. love the girls that work there, they’re all so sweet! I just wish the appointments didn’t take as long so I’m not sitting there for over an hour.. I also don’t like how there’s always so many people in the waiting area as well, more than half come in without masks… but, I know it’s hard with short staffing
