I started going to CROSSROADS treatment 02/09/2019-07/27/2020 only because I was incarcerated and was recently released 10/29/2021 Crossroads welcomed me back like I never left. In my opinion it’s a great facility, I’ve never had a bad experience and the counseling was a big part of my recovery as well and I feel cared about when I go there. Thanks for the help Crossroads!!

Always quick and efficient. Dr. Rachel Alexander has outstanding bedside manner. Her etiquette and personal care is always professional. The facility staff is also very good and quick.

Now that the clinic I’ve been going to right at a year now in Asheville NC got a new director, the overall experience has improved TREMENDOUSLY! I also just received a new counselor, Hannah, and I cannot emphasize enough what an awesome human being she is!
