I would absolutely advise anyone that is seeking treatment to call crossroads! No judgment at all from the receptionist to the provider to the counselor it was even better than I expected!! Very kind caring people and they expect you to have problems that’s what they’re there for.

Frankie is my counselor and she does an absolutely phenomenal job. I would not be doing as well as I am without a counselor so well-matched to my needs. Everyone in the Weaverville office is so good at their respective jobs and each of them is so kind and compassionate and non-judgemental. Having that kind of staff makes it very warm and welcoming and I believe greatly increases my chances of success and makes my path a much more efficient one.
