Frankie is my counselor and she does an absolutely phenomenal job. I would not be doing as well as I am without a counselor so well-matched to my needs. Everyone in the Weaverville office is so good at their respective jobs and each of them is so kind and compassionate and non-judgemental. Having that kind of staff makes it very warm and welcoming and I believe greatly increases my chances of success and makes my path a much more efficient one. I love all the staff at the windows they are all fabulous and teesha is an amazing person and counselor all together. The director is great I just wish they would work a little better with phasing the patients up when they’re eligible and pushing that more.
