Everyone is friendly and helpful. But Kelly is the reason I’m still going everyday! She makes me feel like I can do this. I don’t open up to just anyone but I am really comfortable with her. She believes in me when I feel no one else does.

Staff is extremely helpful, very compationate, and just made me feel welcome. Excited to start my treatment and get my life back. I've been to similar treatment centers and have never felt better about it, and I owe that to the awesome staff members at Crossroads.

Staff is always friendly, but they are all overworked and understaffed. It takes forever to get anything done due to being understaffed. If the doctor isn't going to arrive until 5:30, stop scheduling patients at 5:00.

Done great best place to go to where u can get help getting off of drugs you just got to want to do it if I can do it and my husband and my mom,bother in law and sister do it I know anyone else can I am always praying for the ppl that is a addict because I am and they will help 💯 percent.

I love the people there! The people are great, Tracy and flip were my favs Tracy had come back but flip hasn’t! And even though Tracy is not the head anymore I will take what I can get of her lol! She does way better than you know who……… But I love the people and I know I’m going to walk out those doors with a smile own my face
