Nice and polite staff that are willing to listen to you and possibly have feelings towards your situation rather than the alternative of most facilities, in which it’s just $$$$ and not caring if your almost dead or flying high!!!!

Everyone is friendly and helpful. But Kelly is the reason I’m still going everyday! She makes me feel like I can do this. I don’t open up to just anyone but I am really comfortable with her. She believes in me when I feel no one else does.

The doctor is Great and the counselors are also Great! I see them at the Harriman office in TN.

Staff is extremely helpful, very compationate, and just made me feel welcome. Excited to start my treatment and get my life back. I've been to similar treatment centers and have never felt better about it, and I owe that to the awesome staff members at Crossroads.
