I went to the care center in Washington first for treatment and I was treated like a convicted felon. My sister told me about cross roads and I was happy because it was so close three minutes from my house. The moment I walked into the office for my first face-to-face appointment I was greeted in a friendly manner spoken to by my first name. The ladies at the Indiana, pa office were wonderful! I had issues with my insurance through Crossroads saying it was not covered so I have been cash pay for months. The ladies took the time to review the insurance to uncover it actually was covered. They even stayed past their shift to get this all sorted. Although the issue was resolved, I’m disappointed that billing did not have this figured out and I would not have been out of all that money over the past year of being cash pay.
