The ladies at the Indiana, pa office were wonderful! I had issues with my insurance through Crossroads saying it was not covered so I have been cash pay for months. The ladies took the time to review the insurance to uncover it actually was covered. They even stayed past their shift to get this all sorted. Although the issue was resolved, I’m disappointed that billing did not have this figured out and I would not have been out of all that money over the past year of being cash pay.
