Efficient friendly
I've never had any bad experiences with ARS/CROSSROADS. The ladies at the desks are usually always nice and friendly, the doctors always ask questions and seem to genuinely care about your wellbeing and sobriety. The covid has made things alittle different, but everyone seems to still stay professional. I have been attending this doc office for a while now and I can say with certainly that they've done much better now that crossroads has taken over.
It is ok for the most part
dr. gopal is amazing and very caring about her patients and their well being shes very knowledgeable about the program im using and attentive to. y needs her nurse Angela us great as well she goes above and beyond her call of dury and both have helped turn my life around for the best
I have been going to cross roads since the first day they opened. I transferred from a Richmond location. I’m very pleased with crossroads and they continue to treat me with respect, their caring, and continue to support me in my recovery.
