My opinion of Crossroads has changed completely. I was actually researching other programs due to my experiences with a doctor, my experiences in the offices, the only thing that was consistent are the nurses, staff and customer service representatives. These faces that represent Crossroads were always nice to schedule with, always prompt when being checked in and have my test done. I see a doctor now that is absolutely wonderful. I always have a good experience. I tend to see different doctors at different clinics throughout Pennsylvania and they always treat me with respect.

Same as always. Stephanie is my favorite person! She may be my counselor of many years, but she is also very dear to me. I would never disappoint her, or myself after coming so far being cared for by the family at Crossroads.

Like this program and I've been with you guys for a while but the only thing I don't like is that if you have a break in your time there you have to start over with the whole process like the two weeks of subs for like 3 months straight and then finally go back to monthly. They are very understanding and good to me. I really like the zoom visits but it's kind of inconvenient to go down there every other two weeks, to have a contact visit. But I do think it's one of the best programs I've ever done.

It was really great intake with Dr. Cindy Bakow . She was really nice , caring , & informative! Not only that she made sure I got my subs the same day to start my recovery. The only thing I didn’t like was the two and a half hours I had to wait on zoom to see the doctor .
