Only reason a 5 star rating is not awarded has been based on the obvious fact... once the last Clinical Director that we had left, there is no way that any thought was given to searching for a new Director to take on the position. This gentleman that is now "filling in" the role absolutely, is the WRONG person; he does not grasp an addicts true need of a reliable, caring, and trusting facility to be able to go to for recovery programs.
