My in person appointment went very well. Everyone was abiding by cdc recommendations of social distancing & mask wearing. Very little wait time & all were very professional.

They have appointed a new director to this clinic. The new one seems to not comprehend addiction or how to treat addicts/recovering addicts whatsoever. He’s making policies that will absolutely hurt the business and cause people to seek treatment elsewhere. The nurses are all fairly phenomenal. Counselors are great as well. Overall, it’s a great place to go if you’re looking for a way to better your life.

This place makes you feel very welcome as soon as you step in the building. Also it’s very clean at all times but they really go that extra mile to try to make whatever plans you have for your recovery here work. All the employees really care about their job it’s not just a pay check to them. They want you to succeed in every way possible! I love crossroads treatment center. I liked when it was ARS but that has nothing to do with my review. The doctors at crossroads are great! They have kept me going strong I have been clean 4 years and 4 months now. I have been going to ARS since July 2019. I have had no problems. All staff is amazing.
