Again, our director Lisa is amazing, compassionate, understanding and an EXCELLENT problem solver. My counselor "Rebecca Donaldson" is very attentive, supportive and insightful. She has really been a big help throughout my sobriety. The nurses are pretty prompt and knowledgeable
The only problem I have ever encountered is the time you have to wait in one of the exam rooms for the Doctor, sometimes over a hour it would be a good plus to improve this.
Very professional and kind. Non-judgemental environment and they encourage you to do your best.

Friendly staff appointments on time
The tele meetings actually makes your day alot easier one last place to go to in the day plus it's convenient if you're away on a trip and not home you can still have your appointment. It's terrific.
Love all the people who work there ,they are always sweet and kind, it doesn’t matter if they are having a bad day or not they do there job well, they treat us like them they don’t treat or look at us like we are drug addicts they treat us like we are one of them ,and this treatment center has helped me stay clean for over 3 years now if it wasn’t for them I would still be on drugs or dead ,so Highly recommend people going to the treatment center .

I have been a patient at Crossroads for three years now and October and I absolutely adore everyone that I encounter here. They are amazing and they’re all about helping as long as you are willing to help yourself. Mary the lead nurse has really helped me through a lot and I do believe she deserves a special shout out!!!
