All of the Doctors are very kind and nice. They all make sure my treatment plan is what's best for me and make sure I attend therapy too. They don't let you slack because they know to beat the addiction you gotta put the work in to get where you wanna be. I highly recommend this center.

I had a wonderful experience. I was greeted by Megan who was so sweet and friendly. I didn’t have to wait at all. They actually seen me early. Dr Rey was awesome! He actually listened to me and was one of the most compassionate drs I have seen. From the time I made my appointment until I had my medication was less than 24 hrs. Thank you crossroads treatment!

I've not had any problems whatsoever. I like the fact that appointments are every 2 weeks. On my first appointment I felt very comfortable. Kind, friendly staff in the Cranberry office. The receptionist/nurse wasn't all that friendly in Bridgeville office. That is my only complaint I've had. I love the fact that they text you and email your appt day and time. Also the text reminders are great. I've been seeing Dr. Gentile via zoom. Very nice and caring person. He's also very thorough. I highly recommend Crossroads!!
