Very helpful and friendly staff. They make you feel supported rather than judged. Everyone there works with the common goal of helping patients overcome addiction and treating patients like people instead of numbers. I always feel welcome walking in. Ascmost of the staff know me by name and I haven’t been going there very long.

I love this place, the facilities are clean and the people are very friendly sometimes they can be a little harsh if you don’t know what’s going on so you gotta learn the rhythm pretty fast but once you got it down everyone is very warming and family like; it’s very fast and easy; in there at 5 AM every morning and walking out the doors no later than 5:20 and that’s having to do a drug screen or having to talk to my counselor, I haven’t used drugs one time since I came to crossroads and I couldn’t be happier

You saved my life I could not have carried on in life if it were not for my son introducing me to the clinic The staff is so great in understanding what a true addic that o was goes through before the treatment I recieved from this treatment center..i truly can live and work a normal life now.i truly thank all the staff From the botto. I was trying to talk to the doctor through Zoom and my Zoom wasn’t giving me sound but he waited the entire twenty miMutes to speak until I figured out how to fix it! I was extremely impressed. He didn’t give me the 3rd as to why I needed more suboxone but was very understanding and patient.
