The staff at Crossroads in Louisville KY are amazing. They are all for the most part understanding, compassionate, print and accurate. My counselor Rebecca Donaldson is amazing, The director is excellent, a great problem solver. All of the nursing staff is awesome

I pretty happy now that I changed counselors every summer i go up 5 mgs in my dose which isn’t high I'm on 70 I clean houses si i sweat and metabolism eats meds i do this every year then is October i go back down why do i need to see the Dr for a 5 mg increase again i do this every year its a waste of everyone’s time

My counselor is very attentive and works to make my time there efficient and stress free. Girls at window are quick and professional. And the nurses and techs who administer the meds are polite and quick. 🏈😃😃😃

I love what yall are doing with people that want to change their life. This place has help keep me clean for two years, I have been at my job for two yrs now and I have had my own place for a little over a yr now.. and there was a time in my life that I never thought I could do this... until I committed to going to your office.... I pass all my drug screens whic is something big in my eyes.. so thanks to each and every one of yall 💕

Doctor was very nice. Everything went well, except some issue with my insurance on their end which They got it straightened out within a few mins. No problems, tele-visit went well and fast.
