This place helped save my life! Staff is fantastic and the place is clean. I only have ONE major issue with them. I described in great detail a situation which was occurring on their premises where drugs were being pushed and sold and by whom, yet to this day the person responsible for those acts is still actively attending this clinic. From the second I get to the door until I am done for the day, I feel like there is a truly non -judgemental caring about how things are going and how else you can help. I have dealt with so many doctors in my life in relation to my condition...it is an extraordinary exception to find people and staff like yours. From the second you walk in the door, there is no judgment, rather concern and guidance and hope...coming from a place no one would expect. Thank you for being the exception.

Office is doing so well at ke err ping t hff e patients safe with the giving masks to patients who don't have one as well as hand sanitizer at front desk for patients who need to use an ink pen or anything else. The problem is with patients who insist that they are immune to the virus in our country,they have the tools but some think there either too good to use them or just really don't care,which is irresponsible In my opinion but I guess if they don't care about there health it's on them. This place has changed my life !! After people saw me turning down pain meds they wanted to know what I was doing to make that big change in my life I told them about crossroads and some are going to crossroads themselves.

They are a great group of people there. I just wish the dosing could be quicker I know that’s not their fault they need more space and more people. But in the end they gave me a new beginning and I am forever thankful for them.

I made a switch to Crossroads from a different treatment center and I couldn't be happier with the way things have turned out. Management and counseling have both been pleasant to interact with and have went out of their way to make me feel comfortable as a new patient. Two thumbs up and five stars!
