I have always had a great experience with crossroads, from my initial phone call a few years ago til the present. From the C.S.M who makes my appointment, to the receptionist, to the doctor. everyone is always nice and treats me with respect, not like a junkie. I've never felt as tho anyone who works for crossroads acts or treats me as tho I am below them. In the past at other treatment facilities that was how I felt. Not with crossroads. I love Crossroads Treatment Center I especially love Dr Erin in South Philadelphia she is so very helpful and gives me a lot of confidence and hopefulness I am disappointed because I cannot get therapy because of covid-19 and I am not getting my full prescription of 30 days I'm on a two-week plan which is fine because it's a telemat appointment but if I had to come up to the office every two weeks it would be hard because of my job and I finally got full time at a realtor's office and I'm very proud of that and it's all beca... read more
