always been a great experience well run facility not once have I left there thinking i was a bother r nuisance and that is a big pet peeve of mine. the staff are always super and more than helpful

I like how quick and easy they make the appointment, however I feel like I have been being seen every 2 weeks for way to long. Even when I had therapy in and clean test, they had me coming every 3 weeks. I never progressed to every 4. With Covid-19 I have been being seen every 2 weeks and Its quite frustrating.

Everyone there is great! The girls are always cheery and happy to answer my questions. Dr. Lin is the best! He truly cares how I'm feeling and if I'm having any problems. I really feel that I am in very good hands.....Thank you.

I have had a really good experience with CrossRoads Treatment Center. They never made me feel bad because I had an addiction. The Doctors I went to got me addiced to drugs then made me feel bad for being an addict. I do have a lot of physical problems is the reason I ended up here in the first place. I broke my back at the age of 21. In 1981 they didn't do surgery to fix broken vertebrae. They put you in a body cast hoping it heals. Mine did not. It hurt less sometimes.
