Staff is fantastic, wait times have gotten considerably better, and the place is always clean. My one and only complaint is this; Having been made aware multiple times of specific people selling illicit drugs on the property to other patients, those individuals remain allowed at the facility and have never been reprimanded. This is supposed to be a facility where you can feel 100% safe that you are in an environment where the one and only focus you will have is recovery. Nice considerate counselors. Nice women in the cash office & the nurses are all caring. Only a few times it has taken a long time To dose. Also the doctor & practitioners are i friendly so overall after nine months of being in treatment I have "0" complaints

Doctor Wolf is a saint sent from heaven I am blessed to have him as a doctor and I highly recommend crossroads to everyone because of the great people there. Kim is amazing as well; she is a great counselor that is very understanding and wise. Office staff has been very professional and efficient in scheduling accordingly. They saved my life. If you need treatment for opioid dependence, come here ASAP.

Great job at working out my concerns. Only issue is not being able to stay on subutex, because they give me migraines. I am not pregnant and I was told that was the only way I could be on subutex vs. Suboxone
