It’s was mediocre. Everyone there seems to be a bit burned out with a “whatever “ attitude. Except for Alvin and my counselor-Laura. She went above and beyond to help me!! She was really great!! If I had a question and she didn’t know, she walked with me around the facility to get the answer and the help I needed!!

I have been able to ween down easier than methadone and you actually have a real chance to speak with the doctor and they seem to actually care about their patients and allow us to go as fast or slow as we feel we need to wean down

There were multiple times I had lost my appointment information and had to call to get it. They were extremely nice and respectful. They helped me and didnt take long. Courteous and made sure I was happy and checked to see if I needed anything else. The only time time I had a problem was when my appointment was slightly messed up on the zoom/video chat. It was straightened out and I was able to make my appointment.
