I love the staff they are all really cool. They are all Understanding, kind , knowledgeable, and appreciative. They understand what were going through, and dealing with . Great bedside manners. It says a lot about there character. Great place

I had a bit of trouble getting on Zoom on my appt date 5/6 but one of your employees made me a 2nd appt for that date..that didn't work either..I talked to another employee Sheena?? (Hope I have her name correct) she was fabulous and even did a trial run for my zoom appointment which was today 5/7... I go to the South Philadelphia office on South Street and Chris is so phenomenal..he's so willing to help & always a pleasure to see ( even thru Zoom) unfortunately because I missed my Wednesday appointment I didn't get to see d... read more

Great! I really enjoy going to my appointments and talking to the staff, they are are very welcoming and helpful. The Doctors are really good at explaining addiction in a way anyone could understand and how they will work with you in overcoming your disease. Would recommend everyone that has a problem with addiction to go to Crossroads.
