I had a bit of trouble getting on Zoom on my appt date 5/6 but one of your employees made me a 2nd appt for that date..that didn't work either..I talked to another employee Sheena?? (Hope I have her name correct) she was fabulous and even did a trial run for my zoom appointment which was today 5/7... Great! I really enjoy going to my appointments and talking to the staff, they are are very welcoming and helpful. The Doctors are really good at explaining addiction in a way anyone could understand and how they will work with you in overcoming your disease. Would recommend everyone that has a problem with addiction to go to Crossroads.

So far everything has been great...was late once n was accommodated without any issues...was a scheduling mistake on your end ..was fixed without any issues...girls at front desk in Connelsville have been very nice. ..Dr Lesko is as nice as a Dr as I've seen.... lastly don't understand why it's every 2 weeks n no monthly.

Treated me with plenty of professional respect and friendliness. Wanted to make sure i had no problems and that I understood everything and it was worlds different than the cranberry ars id been to.
