Desmond from Crosstown's maintenance department is wonderful! He came over to check on some needed repairs and fixed them immediately. He was so polite, and even offered to help bring my groceries in from my car! Desmond has helped out whenever needed!

Cassandra is by far THE BEST!!! She is not only an amazing manager but just a great, down to earth person! I can count on a smile, a wave and just a very personable interaction when talking with Cassandra! She is here to get the job done and take care of our community!!! Not only that, but this lady is on it!!! Always looking out my window at a new project she starts!!! Her care is by far the best!!! Great manager, great property, great place to call home!

Crosstown has been my home for many years and I wanted to take the opportunity to put in a review. In the past I have been reluctant to write a review because I did go through some trouble, however, this has since changed. I have visited and toured a lot of places near Chapel Hill and Durham. I am moving in from out of state. I was beginning to get discouraged on finding somewhere to call home and this was going to be my last stop before making a decision to go back home and possibly not move to North Carolina.
