I knew exactly what I wanted when I applied, and although what I wanted wasn't immediately available, I had THE BEST leasing agent in the world (Carlos) who did everything in his power to meet my desires. I've been here going on 3 years, I will say that the ONLY reason I am moving is because of family emergency out of state. I enjoyed staying here. The original office staff from when I first moved is gone and they where great. However this place and staff is still amazing. The maintenance team and supervisor are always on top of work orders. I quite literally just got my keys for a 1bd/1bth today and the process was much simpler than any place I’ve applied to before. I had the pleasure of working with Andrea from the office and she was super kind, helpful and informative. She made this process much easier and you gotta give her an extra shoutout for being on top of things and responding in a timely manner given the fact that it’s their busy season and she’s the only one able to handle things after Microsoft had their outage. Had a great tour with Amarys —she was professional, friendly, and very detailed throughout the entire visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I had a clear understanding of the property and amenities. Definitely considering this place for a future move-in thanks to her excellent service.
I recently visited this apartment complex for a tour and unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations. The tour guide was delayed and did not communicate effectively about the delay. Additionally, there were discrepancies between the floor plans and pricing on the website and what was presented in person. I mentioned that the online information showed different pricing, and I was told the website wasn't accurate.
