The flowers did not look fresh. And for the price the arrangement overall did not meet expectations. Even the water in the vase was cloudy. I had used Crouch for over 20 years and had an account for my medical practice. I had always been pleased with Crouch! When I called to place this order two days before Valentines Day the person I spoke with could not find my account and I was told that the florist was not locally owned any longer and the retail stores had closed. It was pretty but didn't stay fresh very long at all. I pulled out the roses after 4 or 5 days and kept them in a small vase a couple more days. The other flowers were shriveled and got tossed. Yes, I had watered the arrangement a couple of times.

I asked for a summer arrangement. They told me sunflowers, orange roses, and daisies. But my sister received what looked like something meant for a funeral. Stargazer Lillie’s. Funeral type greenery, and then it looked like someone just stuck a blue hydrangea in it, to appease the summer look. I was very unhappy when I saw it. Definitely not a summer feel. More like… we stole this from a funeral home and stuck a blue hydrangea in it. Disappointed for spending 100 dollars on it.
