My wife and I spent countless days looking everywhere for our next living room set of couches. We were on our way home when we spotted Crowley in Blue Springs. We walked in and found exactly what we spent so much time looking for, almost immediately. We loved our experience, Jacob from Blue springs was extremely nice and welcoming helping us find our couch. And the dream team that delivered it was amazing very kind they all deserve a big raise. 👏
I came in once to get ideas for bedroom update. I was greeted by a very nice gentleman who didn't push, try to tell me the sale would 'end soon', etc. I was allowed to wander around without pressure. Two weeks later, I returned, and bought an entire bedroom suite. Again, the same salesman helped me, and all was seamlessly completed. We saw more items that we'll be back to purchase. I was very impressed. And the best part is I didn't have to drive to Kansas to buy it. :)
Ordered furniture from here it showed up with a tear in it they accused us of knowing about since it was a floor model. Never knew and wouldn't have paid full price for a floor model with a tear in it but apparently Crowley thinks you should. They sold us on old furniture pick up only to show up and not have it on the ticket so they didn't take our old furniture and wanted to charge us extra for doing it if we wanted them to now. Horrible experience would recommend anyone go anywhere else. I will never do business there agai... read more
We were in immediate need of a lift chair/recliner. Shawn M. was my salesperson at the Blue Springs store. He expertly explained available options, measurement considerations, and demonstrated use of chair. More than that he was compassionate when I explained our situation and arranged for the delivery the following day. Your commercial is right when you say “ your going to love our people”.
