Ron was patient and kind! He made the entire process simple and easy for us. The entire staff that we encountered and chatted with were warm and friendly. We loved working with Kay. She was so helpful and patient while we tired each piece of furniture out and looked at fabric swatches. They have beautiful selections of living room sets and dining room sets which is what we were looking for.
The only issue I would like to see improvement on is the delivery time frame. I have something going on the afternoon on the day I want delivery and the only timeframe given is 9:00-4:00 at the time of purchase. I have to wait until the night before the delivery to tell me when the time they will deliver. So I ended calling back to change delivery day so I don't miss my appt. The sales lady was exceptional. She was very knowledgeable and very kind.
The service was great and she (Betsy) was so helpful to us. We had to have the furniture by a certain date so that meant some items weren’t available for us. She took us around and showed us the furniture that would be available. We found and set we liked along with coffee and end tables. Thanks for making it all possible!!
My experience was so easy and stress free. The gentleman who helped me did a great job of helping me find what I was looking for. He was very nice, knowledgeable and explained the different options. This is my second purchase from Crowley. I will only get furniture from Crowley. The quality is superb and customer service as well. Thank you.
No improvement needed. We thought buying a bed would be a daunting task — so many choices and styles. But we were lucky to have the help of Ron Hartley, who after asking a few questions led us a smaller number of beds, then helped us narrow it down to a couple from which we were able to pick the final piece. Thanks, Ron.
