I viewed the recliner in the Lee's Summit store. Later I called and ordered the recliner and delivery date was set. The chair was delivered at the designated time, and the two delivery men set up the recliner and checked it out and were kind enough to take the old recliner to a nearby thrift shop. Very satisfied.
